My entire experience from beginning to end was great. Very Professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner. All debris was removed and area cleaned up upon completion of installation.

Jack at the Broad St store was a gem to work with. Very knowledgable and customer orientated. The warehouse folks were great. The installers, Ed and two workers [sons?] were quick and efficient, did an excellant job of installing the carpet. Great all around experience.
Sale process through pickup was easy and uncomplicated.
I was looking to have whole house carpeted it was easy to choose what I wanted because there was a variety of colors. The manager assisted me through it all until I was satisfied with my purchase.
This is the second time we hired RiteRug to install flooring, this time in our basement, including a small bathroom and stairwell landing. The crew was very professional, polite, and helpful. Like the first job, I removed the toilet prior to installation, but the toilet was difficult to remove, so one of the guys ran over and lifted it for me. I've used RiteRug twice now, and I have a third, much smaller project in mind, too.
Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me pick the right laminate flooring for my house. He exceeded my expectations and was very polite. Thanks again!
The carpet installers were professional and did a great job. They left my rooms put back together and clean.
