The guy that comes out to measure the rooms for your company is a complete ass as we all know. After his removal all was great. You guys were professional and showed personal concern. Easy, pressure-free experience. Walked into rite rug and was easily able to chat with an employee, Ron, who helped me find the perfect carpet for our condo. Scheduled the visit to come measure and then set up the install appt. Both Ron and the store mgr, Chris, were very helpful and friendly. We really love our new carpet and will definitely be back if we need anything else in the future.

Excellent for the install. The carpet cleaning went well too except the carpet on our stairs did not get as clean as I had hoped.
Showers mencsrpet in my price range, followed up and installation was scheduled quickly
FANTASTIC customer service at the New Albany location SO difficult to find personalized help and guidance since covid. Russell & Chris both took their time and spent endless hours to assist us with new carpet. Helped with details and worked with our budget. HIGHLY recommend ~ the Schragers
