Excellent for the install. The carpet cleaning went well too except the carpet on our stairs did not get as clean as I had hoped.
Showers mencsrpet in my price range, followed up and installation was scheduled quickly
FANTASTIC customer service at the New Albany location SO difficult to find personalized help and guidance since covid. Russell & Chris both took their time and spent endless hours to assist us with new carpet. Helped with details and worked with our budget. HIGHLY recommend ~ the Schragers

Chris and his team were awesome! He knew exactly what I wanted. We had a minor snafu on install, but that was corrected within 2 days. I would definitely recommend Chris and the team.
Excellent sales staff!! Russell was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Warehouse staff was very friendly and attentive.
It took us quite a while to make a decision for our flooring. Everyone was very patient and helpful. We had several samples over time and even had one ordered. We appreciate the extra mike taken to assist us.
Installers were extremely professional and completed our job much more quickly than I anticipated
