My house keeper who works my floor all the time, his name is Thomas and he is an absolute sweetheart. He always says hello to me and and always has a smile on his face. He just has wonderful energy and also a great memory because he makes sure you have everything you need. He is very accommodating and offers lots of positive feedback to keep your head up. I think he has the best attitude out of all the staff Ive met.

Nurse Glen in the men's dorm is a total jokster. he is very efficient at his job and always joking around to lighten the mood. He can put a smile on your face no matter what you're going through and I know his kindness has gotten me through a lot of tough days.

Rachel my TA is always smiling and making a way with great energy which has been very uplifting for us and our dorm. Its nice to have people with positive attitudes who are encouraging and nice to be around because this is already a challenging time in life, its good to have others that uplift and can provide some support.

Both Rachel and Rae have been very special to me, they take time out of their day to make sure Im doing right and Im on the right path. They both connect with me through their stories and hold me accountable when I need it. Miss Diana in the kitchen has a beautiful smile. She always has a great attitude and is willing to help me with anything I need to be comfortable. She doesn't skimp on portions and always looks out for the clients. Great kitchen staff and over all customer service coming from the kitchen.

I cant stand getting my blood drawn especially when I going through a bad detox like the one I was dealing with when I first got here. My Maurice helped me through the initial process of getting my labs done and blood drawn. He really became like a mentor because he is such an inspirational speaker and just wants to connect with clients by sharing about important things in life. Nurse Kathy always goes the extra mile for me and makes sure to email the doctors whenever I'm having issues with my medication. She is understanding and knowledgable at her job. The other day she sat to talk with me and made sure she followed up about my issue which is more than what most people do, it let me know that she cared. I always enjoy seeing her and talking with her when I get my medication.

Thomas the house keeper is always smiling and going above and beyond in his job duties. He takes his job very seriously and works hard every single day. Not only does he go above and beyond in his cleaning duties, but he has a great attitude and is always willing to help no matter how busy he is, he will stop what hes doing to help you out.

I like when staff treat you with respect and have a sense of humor about things. Nurse Mark makes you feel safe and respects your privacy during assessments. He is goofy and always makes you laugh while being very professional and caring. He definitely deserves his kudos for always doing an amazing job and going above and beyond.
