I think the medical team has been awesome in taking care of me going through detox and struggling with getting my meds right. Dr. Vega is kind and will help in any way possible. She always listens to me and take s my concerns seriously by offering different alternatives and following through on her word, she helped me find the right medication and Im feeling so much better since I first got here. I needed this so bad and Im just so glad I came.

The tech on my floor is always smiling and making people feel welcome with her warm and inviting personality. Tarshae is always helpful and pays attention to our convos so she keeps up with everything going on in our lives so she can help support our recovery. She will jump in to diffuse situations and always looks out for us when we need her. The whole community loves Tarshae and her kindness!

Gene in maintenance always has his golf cart and gets things done. You can see his scooting around taking care of business because he's very efficient and is just a nice human being!

Mrs. Glenda in the kitchen is loved by all! She goes out of her way to give us good portions, always make sure we have alternatives and healthy options in the kitchen. She makes sure to save food for the volleyball players so that no one goes without eating at the end of the day and always has some snacks or extras left over that she is generous with. She is always kind and has a great attitude in the kitchen.

Nurse mark on the main floor is literally the best nurse I have ever encountered. He is super quick and efficient. He never complains he just gets stuff done. He is extra funny and smiles all the time. he always has a joke or a slick line up his sleeve and just makes things so much easier by always being willing to help and do his job without making excuses.

I like the facilitators and the counselors including Karah who is so down to earth and relatable. She is always in a good mood no matter what even when people act crazy in class, she knows how to diffuse the situation and makes the groups fun and interesting with her awesome sense of humor. I always learn something new in her classes and feel good about sharing, before I would never talk openly about my feelings but I have found it to be very helpful and healing to my recovery.

Rachel the TA handled a very difficult situation in a calm manner recently when there was an emergency and a vape caught fire, she always has a sense of humor and keeps things light even in serious situations which lets us know she has her stuff handled! Her professionalism is unmatched and I love when she is on shift in my dorm.

My therapist Amy has made it easy to trust her in my sessions discussing topics like my anger, grief from my losses, and a lot of trauma from childhood, leading me down the road of addiction. She is always focused on what I have to say and listens and takes me seriously. She is always non-judgemental so I feel safe opening up. She has helped me gain a lot of insight into my circumstances and she is an amazing therapist!

Nurse Casey is always there every step of the way. She is trustworthy, very professional, and focused on the task at hand which makes her great at her job. She gets things done quickly and doesn't mess around during med pass. I like that not only is she very calming to people when they are going through it, but she goes out of her way to be kind to other which is needed in this world!
