RecommendedI have lived at this location now for 8 months, and in the process of moving out early due to work relocation. I can honestly say I was very hesitant about this spot as my roommate and I are used to living in Broadripple and Keystone. Before moving in, we read the reviews in which, were all terrible. i think everything here is amazng alot of people like to complain because they think they are a higher priority than others when they cause the most issues. if you are low key and want a peaceful place thats safe this is the place. if you are trashy we will all hate you anyways LOL
First apartment in 40 years and I'm very impressed with management and the maintenance staff.
Riverbend has been a great place to live for me. For as many apartments as they have, maintenance has been fairly quick to respond to my requests. The front office is very friendly and helpful. I pay a very reasonable price for as much square footage as I get.
I have lived here for over a year and it's been a great experience so far. Whenever something is needing to be fixed, it is usually fixed by the next day. Friendly staff and a great area to live.
I've lived at Core Riverbend for only 4 months but it's been wonderful! Maintenance is easy to get a hold of, the fitness center is always open and has nice equipment, the leasing agents were helpful and welcoming. I'm happy to live in such an accommodating and comfortable environment.
Riverbend is a great place to live!!! We have been living here for almost a year with nothing but good things to say about the complex and the people in the office. Everyone is always so friendly and happy to help in anyway. One person in particular has been super helpful with all our needs..... Kyle Faulconer. Anything we asked for he was always willing to help if at all possible. The complex is clean and welcoming at all times! We love living at riverbend!!!
