In the last few months we have had several maintenance issues that take forever to get resolved. First our AC went out, then our heat, now our electricity in our room is out, we didn’t have a screen door for months and when we finally got one they installed it wrong so it doesn’t shut, we call the office all the time and never get an answer let alone assistance with our issues. They allow people to Use fraud to get an apartment here. I have called and emailed several times and nothing has been done about it

I received notice 7days before my move in date that the apartment wasn’t liveable. The only solution offered was a refund. The refund takes 15days to process but I need a new apartment in 5days.

This place does not care about their residents. My air conditioning went out on 6/18, and the first work order was put in on 6/21. Maintenance said they fixed the issue 7/19 and cancelled the word order with nothing fixed. They stated the thermostat was the issue but the thermostat works fine, it is the AC unit. The temp in the apt has gotten up to 87 degrees. These are UNSAFE living conditions. Don’t move here. Management is disrespectful and doesn’t care about the residents. Maintenance orders never filled. My AC has been out for 4 months, and they refuse to fix it. Threatened the BBB & attorney general & Rafael Sanchez a few months back and they came and took my disgusting filter out and said they would come back. Never came back. They expect me to pay a grand a month for no air conditioning in 90 degree heat. I have a cat that sits in this heat every day. They have no respect for their residents, just want your ... read more

Awful management. Dryer hasn’t worked basically the entire time I’ve lived here despite bringing it to their attention multiple times. AC has broken several times and takes 13+ days for it to be fixed, so I’m living in an apartment that’s 83-87 degrees with a pet (which the uncoordinated management overcharged me for, despite what was in the lease agreement, that I had to fight for). Do not move here. Trash everywhere, dirty hallways, tons of bugs in summer. Very slow at addressing work orders. The front office is mismanaged and unprofessional. They communicate poorly, which resulted in my car being towed, even though it's on file. Find somewhere else, it's not worth it.

Unfortunately, this is a typical example of what is wrong with renting apartments in today's world. I submitted a work ticket (twice) to fix the community washing machine and it was closed as Work Completed with no action or information. After 2 months I called the management and asked what to do so they told me to call the Wash.com company that supplies the washers.
