RecommendedI just recently moved in , me and my son. Anywho kandy help move us in and she was wonderful. I haven't been here long, but so far I like it. Neighbors seem okay in my building. first of all, the buildings that the units are in are disgusting. not well kept at all, and look visibly dirty. the giant leasing office and grounds would fool you into thinking otherwise. a couple months after moving in, my boyfriends car was broken into (window was smashed), and I hear of robbery’s and other car break ins constantly. I guess you can’t blame the apartment for that kind of thing, it’s just not a great area. after almost 10 months of living here, management completely changes the amount of rent we are suppose... read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE I really hope it’s just my unit that has these issues, but in the winter I lost hot water 3 times before Riverbend finally replaced the Water Heater, and now in the summer I have lost AC 6 times totaling over 3 weeks without working AC. Still no permanent fix, my DOG has to live in the apartment all day in the heat so I did what I could, I left my windows open and sliding door open since luckily I’m on the 2nd floor. My experience was great the first year here, but 2019 has been less than ideal. The valet trash has horrible employees, yesterday my trash can was tossed in the middle of the hallway, and another time the trash ripped open and just left it there causing a huge ant infestation. My AC has stopped twice, maintenance says they are old units that need replaced bc they get overheated. WORST APARTMENT IVE EVER LIVED IN ! WORST maintenance team literally they are so lazy !!!! It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office ! They are completely unorganized they say one thing one day and another thing the next it’s absolutely ridiculous and they need to seek new management ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ worst experience of my life living here

There are robbery’s every other week (cars on bricks ) I myself had my r1 motorcycle stolen went to nearby store to see if they had camera footage and it turns out a few of the employees live or lived in core riverbend apartments and they said it was like this a few years yet the complex have not put any cameras or have security yet and they don’t inform the residence of these things I’m guessing to keep there image there are a lot of police that live here as well (don’t let the 4 patrol cars here fool you they just live he... read more
