Leaky roof and AC out. Been here not even two weeks! What's next? Super frustrated it's hotter in my apartment than it is in the hall or outside...
I've been asking this apartment complex to fix my AC for two days now and it still has not been resolved and to top it off today I don't have water so I cannot even take a cold shower to cool off or wash myself. This apartment complex makes money hand over fist to rent out their outdated apartments and they do not even employ enough maintenance people to take care of their property. Now granted the location is Great but renters satisfaction is low because it takes too long to get anything fixed around here.
I have lived here for almost two years and have had water issues for a while. My bedroom window was leaking and they recaulked it and it was still leaking. My living room window is now leaking as well. I have had terrible water damage on one of my walls for almost three months and no one had even come to assess that. I have called multiple times about all of these issues and have been lied to about when they would be taken care of. I am definitely not satisfied.
Great area, great apartment, but they could not get utilities straight. They never transferred things in my name, couldn't explain why, and charged me.
If I could, 0/5 is the way to go for Core Riverbend Apt. When I moved in, the bathroom light was not working; water was blue coming out of the bathtub; the storage closet handle had fell off; the washer/dryer connections were too old to function. Most importantly, it took the office three weeks to send an agent even tho my problems were coded as urgent. It's been now 2 weeks and my AC is still broke!! They decided that placing a small window unit in my apartment would be sufficient for a 2 bedroom unit. According to them, if it's 80 or below in your appartment they feel it's addiquite living condition. After a week of 80+ temps in the appartment they only gave us 3 days consession. We have lived in 3 apartments in Core Riverbend in the past 3 years. (My wife is a traveling surgical nurse and her company puts us up here) We're thrilled with the apartment that we moved into on October 7th. It faces the lake and is very peaceful. This is a FAR cry from the other 2 that we lived in. However.....upon moving in, we discovered that the dishwasher wasn't working properly at all.
