This apartment complex is low down and dirty and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. In court I sat and watched this company evict a 82 year old man who’s lived at this apartment complex for 23 years. All because he’s in a month to month lease and they refuse to renew the lease. This man is close to death and all the attorney on the case can say is we don’t have yo give you a reason why we want you out. This is sickening and inhumane to say the least. In all my years of renting I have never seen such incompetence of a management company run a property. Good luck getting anything fixed when it breaks. Pepper pike is a joke, can’t even follow their own lease with checkout procedures. They started demolition on my apartment 6 days before my lease ended and refused to do walk through. Think twice before signing with them. They will hold you to their lease but don’t want to do their part.

I've been a resident in this complex for almost 4 years. I absolutely loved living here, until now. I decided to opt out of renewing my lease because I am in the market to purchase my first home. Since I opted out of renewing they explained that I would just have to pay the month to month rate and give a 30 day notice before so decide to move. Been here for about a year and a half, new management company wanted to raise my rent several hundred dollars when we renewed and cited corporate as well as that’s the going rate for people moving in. Thing is that we have the most basic and outdated model, not the refurbished models that could justify a rent increase. They’ve been focusing on exterior details, paint, roofing, landscaping, which is nice, but ultimately is a marketing move to draw more people in. Under the new management company, they do not care about their established tenants with value and respect. They only care about running a business but do not care about who is supporting their business.

We are clearly not “valued”. And our “well-being” is not a priority. This big pandemic has sadly revealed that to all of us. 😔 It’s even more sad to look around not only the country BUT our city and see how other properties & bill companies are responding and you guys literally have did NOTHING.
