Update. I need to inform an abuse hotline as some if the staff are being so nasty as to when she asks for her meds one says to her "I can't hear you", I can't hear you", "I can't hear you", "I can't hear you, " and after 4 times my mom realized what she was doing. Then the med nurse waved the pills in front of her. I'm gonna see if I can get a wire tap on her to expose them for who they really are. It's the mental abuse that these bitches are doing to any 88 year old woman. Andrew the administrator is useless, the DON lies p... read more

Don't go here if you can help it. My father in law was taken here for rehabilitation after being in the ICU for a few days. My husband went to visit him and while he was there he had a seizure. Mind you he is seizure prone but my husband told the facility just this morning about his seizures. He hasn't had one in many months and yet, a day after being here, he has one while my husband is there. Luckily he was there to catch it because there was no one in sight. When he yelled for help, someone finally came in to check but wi... read more

I hate to write bad reviews but if it will help another persons loved one it must be done. My grandmother was transferred to this facility in order to receive physical therapy. She had an unexpected change in her status and the facility notified my family in a timely manner however the care she received the following hours was terrible. She was near the end of her life clearly in distress and riddled in anxiety and pain. We begged to see a nurse or doctor, took hours before someone showed up. We approved hospice care & the f... read more

So it's 4:30 am and the CNA Katherine has left my roommates bed half make and her gown totally soiled. She even said that the resident called her out of her name and then proceeded to tell the charge nurse that the resident is a Flippin bword( don't wanna use the explicit language that she actually used). And no one else heard the resident call her any names at all....these employees seem to be so unprofessional. I'm just glad I don't need that much assistance around here!!!!

My mother had a male nurse has walked in on her at the bathroom. He knocked and did not enter, but then after sometime decided to enter and did not announce his entrance or a heads up before opening the door. There's a sign on the door for "In Use" so obviously there's a protocol for this, maybe knock and announce entrance to allow someone privacy. When my mom brought this issue up she was told she should've used some other showers that she was never told about. Hope this experience gets better. I will come this weekend and ... read more

This place can be hazardous to your loved ones health. I wish I would have known this before my husband was taken here post Covid. He needed physical therapy, he had some help, but not what he should have received after being confined to bed for a month. No visitors allowed, which was terrible. People running through the halls during all hours of the night, coming into his room, and scaring the patients. Warm tuna sandwiches, half a piece of French toast, and burnt sausage. This is what you get at the Riverwalk. Oh, and if ... read more

When you call they put you on hold then just hang up the phone on you over and over. This has to be ok with the administration otherwise it wouldn't happen. The social worker never answers her phone or calls back either.
