Any questions on why I changed my review again, read my Step Father's review. New things have been uncovered from my mother's mouth recorded and I'm very displeased.

I knew your mom quite well, I was working at Arlington Gardens while she was there and so I immediately remembered and greeted your mom and step-father when they arrived. When your mom arrived here at Riverwalk, she was incredibly ill, in far worse condition than I had seen her just months ago. She was so ill that we were surprised that the hospital had discharged her to us in such difficult shape... read more
I am surprised how this place is still in business.....power outlets are extension cable.....bed are old .....nurses are rude .....no phone by patient....lights are so far if patient out of reach.......no patio area for patient or family members to sit outside.....patient are in hallway just sitting and some are clueless.......NURSES ARE RUDE AND HEARD GETTING MAD AT PATIENTS......update 6/29/2019 finally have to take our father out of there . Hi Raul, thank you for your feedback. I'm wondering if you have our facility confused with another? We haven't had a Raul S. here since June/July 2018, is this you? Also, we have multiple patios where patients and family members sit and visit. In fact, we just renovated one of them, I'll post photos soon. Our call lights are pinned to the bed so they are always in reach. We have several pictures of this place. Make sure to notice the rust and mold around the bedroom window and window covering that is equally short on each side. The bathroom and shower facility certainly do not look like their pictures. And the picture with the round hole is behind the bed where the roaches go in and out. David can act oblivious to this and appease you at the time but after seeing he has responded to my original posting as funny I have lost all hope that he was sincerely concerned about improving this facilit... read more
