The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Used their included return slip and label, yet they said that shouldn't have been included in the package and they no longer process returns in that fashion so failed to return the amount to my credit card. After weeks of calls and emails they stopped responding to my emails, and I never got my money back after they got their shoes back. Ended up having to file a complaint with my credit card company. Never again, buyer beware.

Same as countless others. Was signed up for VIP membership without my knowledge. What a dirt bag company. Now i have to cancel my credit card since it doesn't seem anything stops the charges.

I have been a runner for 40 years and have run endless races, 5K, 10K, 1/2 marathons. I know shoe etiquette when trying a new shoe. I ordered the Hoka Clifton from Road Runner, 3/14/2020. I received the shoe 3/19/2020. I tried shoe on twice, with socks, never leaving my home. 3/22/2020 I returned shoe, which was received 3/27/2020. Shoes were returned to me as "worn". They informed me if I joined the VIP program for $199 I could return the shoes. If trying on constitutes wearing they should state so. I never got any response... read more

Be warned this place advertises that they have a 90 perfect fit guarantee, but it is only available to people that become VIP rewards members. They make no mention of this when you are checking out on there website. The only thing that keeps coming up about the VIP program is that you save x% when you join. They make no mention that the 90 guarantee is tied to the VIP program and the only place that it appears to mention it is on the page with there return policy. Yesterday my credit card was charged $39.99 for VIP Membership I didn't enroll in. I am not a regular customer and bought shoes once in 2019. This is fraudulent and uncalled for. It is sad to see so many reviews of the same issue. This has to stop as RR is committing unscrupulous acts, unwittingly.

Customer beware! Misleading claims on website clearly show FREE SHIPPING ALWAYS but that is NOT true on returns! If you look ONLINE at their return policy there is a line that states: Apply the provided UPS Return Label* on outside of package. Be sure to cover any previous shipping labels. Do you see that little asterisk following the word label? I have had the same experience as several reviewers below with the $40 charge VIP charge. I was charged initially without my knowledge. I then called RR Sports in the past was assured that the charge had been removed. I just saw the charge again on my card for this year. What a painful experience. I will be calling them again tomorrow along with my Amex card to contest the charges.

I was charged $40 for a recurring membership in November 2019 that I do not recall ever signing up for. My last purchase from this store was in 2018. I looked through every email including Junk email and there wasn't a single message from them including a notification of this membership or an alert telling me of this membership or charge. I called them up and they gave me $29 back saying that I received 3 months of benefits. What benefit? I feel completely cheated. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have placed two orders in one week and still do not know the status of the second order. I had to cancel the first order because their system is down again and you cannot get through via The customer service telephone number or via telephone Number at the ****** Court address.
