I have had the same experience as several reviewers below with the $40 charge VIP charge. I was charged initially without my knowledge. I then called RR Sports in the past was assured that the charge had been removed. I just saw the charge again on my card for this year. What a painful experience. I will be calling them again tomorrow along with my Amex card to contest the charges.
I was charged $40 for a recurring membership in November 2019 that I do not recall ever signing up for. My last purchase from this store was in 2018. I looked through every email including Junk email and there wasn't a single message from them including a notification of this membership or an alert telling me of this membership or charge. I called them up and they gave me $29 back saying that I received 3 months of benefits. What benefit? I feel completely cheated. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I have placed two orders in one week and still do not know the status of the second order. I had to cancel the first order because their system is down again and you cannot get through via The customer service telephone number or via telephone Number at the ****** Court address. I have received emails that my order has been received and yet when I go online the information is incorrect about my order.
