A Very Frustrating Shopping Experience I drove quite a way to their large store in *********. They did not have the shoes in the brand I wanted in any style of my size. The salesperson brought me other shoes and then left to help other customers. I waited, waited, waited. I ordered two pairs of shoes from Road Runner Sports online because I had a $50 discount from activeadvantage.com. I had never shopped at Road Runner Sports and was excited to see what they had. The total for the two shoes was approximately $165. I received the first pair and the second pair are still on their way. After being bullied at the ******** ** store I wanted to cancel my VIP account and get a refund. 10 days later and customer service claims that they sent the refund but my bank shows they did not. I had to file a dispute with my bank. We will see how easily this gets resolved. I with I had looked at the BBB listing for this company before signing up.

After a recent visit to Road Runner Sports physical store in *********** **** I discovered that I had been signed up for a Family membership plus account. I never authorized such an account or the $59.99 charge they placed on my credit card. I have been a VIP member for going on 15 years. This was the old VIP membership where there was a one time $20 fee...NOT recurring fee! I called Road Runner and was told that they would remove the charge and cancel the membership but I am suspicious as to whether this will in fact occur.... read more

I am a rewards family member plus And you get free shipping to your house and free return shipping and I was charge returned shipping for my first order and then again for second order and I didnt even wear the shoes . Called customer and was told I would get a free shipping label and wouldnt be charge since they charge me already for my first order in the return .. Never doing business with them again and my sister was a customer of theirs for a long time . The website doesnt work very well and Very un happy !!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit, they said I could return them and get a refund. I sent them back and now they are saying that I can't get a refund, only a store credit. I do not appreciate being lied too. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this company. By the way, these weren't cheap shoes, they cost over $150. I guess I'm out of that money.

No stars for this company, I can never get ahold of anyone to cancel VIP Membership. Stay away from this company and doing business with them. Nothing good will come of it. Poor customer service overall.

Had purchased a pair of shoes in store and ordered online back on 11/02/2021 and have waited over a month for product to arrive by mail and have not received anything. Worst customer service I have ever received. I will never purchase from them again. There is no way to talk to anyone there. Horrible.
