SCAM SCAM SCAM. They just want your credit card so they can add charges never disclosed during an online purchase. They also want to charge annually for the *** membership once they have the card. They will not answer their phone. I have been waiting over an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1 star rating.

Placed an order with Road Runner on Nov 24, 2021--shoe was in stock. Didn't hear anything for 2+weeks --followed up (after waiting on the phone for 75 minutes) to find out the order was cancelled--I was not notified. Was told they were putting in a new system--I requested an email with the credit and to credit my VIP membership. This is unbelievable---Do not purchase from Road Runner

The sign you up to a VIP auto charge without consent. They then will not answer phone calls or answer emails if you attempt to cancel. When you order shoes they charge but weeks go by with no shipping. I don't understand how this business is legal.

I have spent many hours trying to get them on the phone, over numerous days. They are never available so I can't submit a return, or cancel my membership.

Just avoid them. Wife purchased Roll Recovery R8 massage roller ($100+). They slapped "VIP membership" without our consent and disclosing membership terms and fees. The roller is too tight (we tried just once), so we called and notified them about the return (they provided a return label in the box). We shipped back everything in the original box. I had simply wanted to exchange size 8 shoes for size 8.5 and thought the *** perfect fit promise would make this easy. I could not have been more wrong..Strike 1: Their returns are not free because they will try to take the **** $ of postage out of your refund. They will also go through every possible tedious stretch of words to turn around and say this is not actually what there websites promises. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a pair of shoes from this company and it was too small. I ordered the correct size before returning the other pair as I needed the shoes promptly for a trip. I sent the original pair back in and was told my item had been received and Id be issued a refund within two-three business days. A week later I still have yet to receive my refund and so I called and was told my shoes had been worn so they could not issue a refund. And they couldnt have been worn!!! They were too small!!! I havent been to this place or their website in OVER 4 YEARS. I bought a pair of sneakers there in either 2016 or 2017. Nothing. All of a sudden early this morning a charge of ***** shows up on my credit card. Ive found several stories exactly like mine online today. Unbelievable. What kind of b.s. is this, Road Runner Sports? Do you just hope that people wont notice the charge?? I shudder to think of how much money has been made off this practice. Despicable.

I was charged $59.99 by Road Runner Sports on 2 occasions for Membership Fee's. The first time I excused as an honest mistake. However 2 years later , I was charged $59.99 once again for a Membership Fee. So they actually kept my Debit Card on File for 3 Years. The last purchase I made was in Cash without using the phone number attached to the Account. This is extremely Unprofessional!! I will never use this company ever again.Vic B.
