After a recent visit to Road Runner Sports physical store in *********** **** I discovered that I had been signed up for a Family membership plus account. I never authorized such an account or the $59.99 charge they placed on my credit card. I have been a VIP member for going on 15 years. This was the old VIP membership where there was a one time $20 fee...NOT recurring fee! I called Road Runner and was told that they would remove the charge and cancel the membership but I am suspicious as to whether this will in fact occur.... read more

I am a rewards family member plus And you get free shipping to your house and free return shipping and I was charge returned shipping for my first order and then again for second order and I didnt even wear the shoes . Called customer and was told I would get a free shipping label and wouldnt be charge since they charge me already for my first order in the return .. Never doing business with them again and my sister was a customer of theirs for a long time . The website doesnt work very well and Very un happy !!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes that didn't fit, they said I could return them and get a refund. I sent them back and now they are saying that I can't get a refund, only a store credit. I do not appreciate being lied too. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this company. By the way, these weren't cheap shoes, they cost over $150. I guess I'm out of that money.

No stars for this company, I can never get ahold of anyone to cancel VIP Membership. Stay away from this company and doing business with them. Nothing good will come of it. Poor customer service overall.

Had purchased a pair of shoes in store and ordered online back on 11/02/2021 and have waited over a month for product to arrive by mail and have not received anything. I called and spoke to customer service and was on hold for almost 1 hour then finally got a hold of a representative, they claimed that they still have not received my order to ship out to my address, when I asked to please get some type of credit they placed me on a brief hold and accidentally unmuted me and I heard the representative laughing with someone el... read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They just want your credit card so they can add charges never disclosed during an online purchase. They also want to charge annually for the *** membership once they have the card. They will not answer their phone. I have been waiting over an hour and a half. Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1 star rating.

Placed an order with Road Runner on Nov 24, 2021--shoe was in stock. Didn't hear anything for 2+weeks --followed up (after waiting on the phone for 75 minutes) to find out the order was cancelled--I was not notified. Was told they were putting in a new system--I requested an email with the credit and to credit my VIP membership. This is unbelievable---Do not purchase from Road Runner

The sign you up to a VIP auto charge without consent. They then will not answer phone calls or answer emails if you attempt to cancel. When you order shoes they charge but weeks go by with no shipping. I don't understand how this business is legal.
