I have been a client for a long time and used to love the Bellevue location, and I'm a VIP member with Road Runner Sports. I visited the Bellevue store on June 1, 2021, with my wife and needed help with shoes, and we informed the customer service representative of her unique condition where one foot is a size and a half larger than the other. This company has very bad business practices. They charged me and countless others $39.99 for a VIP membership that I did not authorize. How in the world is this ok? They are crooks. Buyer beware. Don't buy anything from this company!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes for $146. That is a substantial amount for my account, but I needed them for work. During the delivery. A hurricane hit my area (Florida) and I did not receive the product. After a week I called customer service for a resolution. I fully expected a quality experience from this company that I was a VIP member of. Roadrunner sport company is so unprofessional and it might be a fraud company . As a first time buyer I tried to order online which I could not add my shipping address and called placed my order giving my credit card information for payment they had two pending charges from one purchase on my credit and and after three days send an email saying my order is canceled but trying to charge my card. ordered a, new to me, brand of shoe from RRS. They arrived 14th of January 2021. As an avid runner, it doesnt take much to know if a shoe works...so I put them on for 24 minutes, on my treadmill. My feet ached. I immediately boxed them up and returned them the 19th, MLK day was the 18th, so no mail or it would have been a day sooner. Placed an order in July 2020 based on expectation to receive order within days, as stated on their website. Order confirmation email revealed that actual shipment and delivery will take weeks! Called and canceled order, including their membership. CSR confirmed on the phone that order was canceled, yet no cancelation email sent. Now in January 2021 received a surprise charge of $39.99 for their membership, which I never authorized! Now I am trying to get my money back. Terrible. Regret ever ordering from them.

So dishonest. They don't give you your money back when you return any items. You are stuck when you return the item and they(ROADRUNNERSPORT) WILL NOT give you back a refund. PERIOD Roadrunnersport=shysters

This company does not have the consumer's best interests in mind. I ordered a pair of sandals, they did not fit and were terribly uncomfortable (woven leather between the toes never is). I tried them on, immediately put them back in the box and requested a return label. Company takes more than 25%, charging both return shipping and a penalty because the sandals showed "significant wear and dirt". I literally sat, put on sandals, took back on and put back in box. 1 start is truly not low enough for this company. Their customer service is terrible unlike I have never experienced. Like others have reviewed, I ordered the wrong size and required an exchange. I was told to purchase another pair of shoes and would be reimbursed when they received the incorrect size back. I was charged for the second pair of shoes and 3 weeks later received the incorrect size shoes in a bag via mail with a crumpled up print out stating the shoes were "worn" and therefor not eligible for return/exchange.
