ordered a, new to me, brand of shoe from RRS. They arrived 14th of January 2021. As an avid runner, it doesnt take much to know if a shoe works...so I put them on for 24 minutes, on my treadmill. My feet ached. I immediately boxed them up and returned them the 19th, MLK day was the 18th, so no mail or it would have been a day sooner. After 2 weeks, no refund and no response...I contacted them. Placed an order in July 2020 based on expectation to receive order within days, as stated on their website. Order confirmation email revealed that actual shipment and delivery will take weeks! Called and canceled order, including their membership. CSR confirmed on the phone that order was canceled, yet no cancelation email sent. Now in January 2021 received a surprise charge of $39.99 for their membership, which I never authorized! Now I am trying to get my money back. Terrible. Regret ever ordering from them.

So dishonest. They don't give you your money back when you return any items. You are stuck when you return the item and they(ROADRUNNERSPORT) WILL NOT give you back a refund. PERIOD Roadrunnersport=shysters

This company does not have the consumer's best interests in mind. I ordered a pair of sandals, they did not fit and were terribly uncomfortable (woven leather between the toes never is). I tried them on, immediately put them back in the box and requested a return label. Company takes more than 25%, charging both return shipping and a penalty because the sandals showed "significant wear and dirt". I literally sat, put on sandals, took back on and put back in box. 1 start is truly not low enough for this company. Their customer service is terrible unlike I have never experienced. Like others have reviewed, I ordered the wrong size and required an exchange. I was told to purchase another pair of shoes and would be reimbursed when they received the incorrect size back. I was charged for the second pair of shoes and 3 weeks later received the incorrect size shoes in a bag via mail with a crumpled up print out stating the shoes were "worn" and therefor not eligible for return/exchange. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Used their included return slip and label, yet they said that shouldn't have been included in the package and they no longer process returns in that fashion so failed to return the amount to my credit card. After weeks of calls and emails they stopped responding to my emails, and I never got my money back after they got their shoes back. Ended up having to file a complaint with my credit card company. Never again, buyer beware.

Same as countless others. Was signed up for VIP membership without my knowledge. What a dirt bag company. Now i have to cancel my credit card since it doesn't seem anything stops the charges.

I have been a runner for 40 years and have run endless races, 5K, 10K, 1/2 marathons. I know shoe etiquette when trying a new shoe. I ordered the Hoka Clifton from Road Runner, 3/14/2020. I received the shoe 3/19/2020. I tried shoe on twice, with socks, never leaving my home. 3/22/2020 I returned shoe, which was received 3/27/2020. Shoes were returned to me as "worn". They informed me if I joined the VIP program for $199 I could return the shoes. If trying on constitutes wearing they should state so. I never got any response... read more

Be warned this place advertises that they have a 90 perfect fit guarantee, but it is only available to people that become VIP rewards members. They make no mention of this when you are checking out on there website. The only thing that keeps coming up about the VIP program is that you save x% when you join. They make no mention that the 90 guarantee is tied to the VIP program and the only place that it appears to mention it is on the page with there return policy.
