DO NOT SHOP HERE! Super sketchy sales tactics. We bought shoes from here with the explicit understanding we would have 90 days to try them out and return if they didn't work. Huge bonus right? Nope. Turns out that policy is only for VIP members (an additional $20) and only valid if you haven't worn the shoes. Sadly I found this out when i tried to return my barely worn, indoor gym only, shoes after a month. If you have time to waste, order for these guys! Terrible communicators!Ordered a IN STOCK shoe and got an email conformation. Three weeks later, no shoes or communications. Then can even charge tax on states without sales tax I was going to buy some socks on their website. There's absolutely no sales tax on clothing including accessories like belts, hats, socks etc. I asked them why there was sales tax in the checkout. They refused to give me a refund for shoes I returned. They said I returned them dirty so they could only give me a store credit. I only tried the shoes on one time indoors and if they were dirty (I never noticed they were dirty) it was not my doing.

Don't even think of ordering anything from this company and definitely dont get lured into a *** membership as even when they say they are cancelling they aren't. I purchased a pair of running shoes that didnt fit properly so I returned them. It has been several weeks and tracking shows they got my return but they have not refunded my money. I have called repeatedly, and while I am on hold President *********************************** chimes in about staffing shortages and delays due to covid. I went once last summer ..bought my boyfriend a pair of shoes for a holiday or anniversary or whatever and they actually saved my debit card information under his name and a year later decided to charge me for his annual account bc when they tried his it didn't go through...even though he had money they decided they will just charge mine. Under an account I have nothing to do with. Bc well they basically stole my debit information. Then proceeded to tell me they just went to whatever card has been used . Horrible customer service for rewards customers. I have called various times to speak with a representative and you are left on forever hold. No one ever comes on the line to assist you however you hear numerous announcements about how important you are as a customer and a recorded message from the *** indicating they have a staffing shortage (everyone's excuse for everything these days). If you address your problem at one of their retail locations they don't want to hear about it and direct you to the customer service line.... read more

I have order a pair of shoes and signed up for their VIP program. The shoes didn't fit well so I returned and received the email saying they had received it in mid January 2022. They said it'd take them 4-6 days to process the refund, but it's mid March 2022, I still have not see the refund I tried emailing them but I haven't heard back. I tried calling them but it's a long wait. Today I waited 20 mins and hang up.If I don't hear from them soon, I'd have to get a refund through my credit card company.

Absolute worst corporate customer service. Charged for a ********************** upgrade I never authorized, Received a cred and then charges a 2nd time, which they deny. It is clearly on my bank statement, but they are trying to blame my bank. Sent emails to the president of the company but no response. While the people in the store at ************ are great, their corporate office are liars and have zero customer service. They are ripping people off and seem to think it's ok! It's not!
