Horrible customer service when I tried to return a pair of Hokas that had the rubber inserts on the sole separating after 3 weeks of walking. Never ordering from this company again.
Wow, this was the worst. Deceptive business practices. Returned (on my own dime) shoes that were two small, and they were sent back to me. I had to call customer service and they said shoes had been worn (they were not) and the only way I could return is if I payed for VIP membership. This was my firs time shopping with Road Runner Sports. I purchased some running shoes and the *** membership. They gave me a delivery date but didn't even have the shoes in stock. I asked them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. They refused to refund the *** membership fee and I had to file a credit card chargeback to get a full refund. Also, their hold times to speak with someone was 30 minutes.
Awful customer service. I have been a customer done ****. I am done. I ordered shoes on April 14. Its June and I still dont have them and they dont care.
Kind of disappointed with their online ordering. Ordered and paid Friday morning for Hoka SPEED GOAT 4. Website showed closed on Saturday. Called them Wednesday clerk said shipped but no tracking. Called a second time Friday they said order was canceled for out of stock and would credit my card and return VIP points. *****************************
A COMPLETE RIP OFF - I don't have an account and they are charging my credit card. When I gave them my phone number and email address they couldn't find an account. To find the account they said I needed to give them my credit card number. COMPLETE THIEVES!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Super sketchy sales tactics. We bought shoes from here with the explicit understanding we would have 90 days to try them out and return if they didn't work. Huge bonus right? Nope. Turns out that policy is only for VIP members (an additional $20) and only valid if you haven't worn the shoes. Sadly I found this out when i tried to return my barely worn, indoor gym only, shoes after a month.
