Hi Rob, As you know this process was rift with issues (as opposed to our earlier transactions together). As a matter of fact, we learned that our loan wasn't funded on the day we signed the docs and (at the last minute) had to send additional banking data to satisfy the requirements. We think we would return for future services, but only because we had 1 tremendous experience and 1 not so great. Thanks for helping us attain our goal and being optimistic during this process; it was a doozy.

While Rob usually responded to my inquiries, twice I emailed him questions that went completely ignored, including right after my loan closed. Odd.

I feel like I had to be the one contacting to find out any information on my refinance (responses were quick when contacted). The process was extremely long (4 months from the initial contact). I was told I would be closing on October 1st and did not close for an entire month later causing a late fee on my mortgage and phone calls from the current mortgage company.

I feel like we missed an opportunity for better communication during this process. The program you have to upload documents was very easy to use and if the progress buttons were working, it would have been easier to know what was happening with the loan. I checked our loan status daily but had no idea what was needed or where we were in the process.
