We had a good experience with rob. When his team member Ana got involved everything went very stressful. For our first time buying a house it didn’t go as smoothly as I thought it would. We saw everything behind the scenes. Ana made our experience with VIP not pleasant.

Being given a clear set of instructions as to what was needed on our end (paperwork wise) for the approval process. Numerous times I would be told at a no longer convenient time that the form I just submitted, which was I was just told earlier in the day was good enough, was in fact not good enough and needed to be resubmitted. I feel like this played a huge factor in not closing on time.
