I am certain that Rob is extremely busy. I would have preferred to had heard from Rob directly to review over the phone the loan disclosures. I still don’t know if I received the best deal possible. I think I did. Overall I am happy and do appreciate The time and effort of Rob and his team.

Well I did 100 percent of all the work for getting the loan and my husband did literally nothing and I'm getting emails to my email address asking for my husband's opinion. I've been ignoring them because they want his opinion for some reason but I'm fairly annoyed at this point.

This was not the normal yransaction. Things were rushed not do to Rob but to other circumstances. There was a large lack of communication I had to finally blow his phone up and call his assistant to speak to him. Communicate with people call them back,be transparent and tell them ehats going on. I felt I was in the dark on alot of things.

I was told I did not have to pay anything out of pocket, then I had to pay over 1K at my appointment. Rob advised later to bring checkbook for $250 then I found out I also had to pay over $1000.
