Rob and his team were wonderful at helping us secure a VA loan with as little pain as possible. They were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Hope to not move again, but if I ever need a mortgage Lender, Rob and his team will be my first choice.

I started my mortgage hunting with a large American Bank whom I already do quite a bit of business with even though my realtor tried to steer me away from them. During the process this bank continued to loose documents we had sent and while their general time line to close is 45 days at 55 days they refused to answer my calls at 60 days my realtor suggested I call Rob Sanchez of Guaranteed Date with his help 12 days later we closed and are now living in our new home.
