Rob and his team were outstanding! this was our first home purchase and they walked us through step by step. took all of our question no matter the time of day. when un forseen things happened with the buying process Rob and his team took it upon themselves to workday and night to make sure we closed on time. This is not the first time I have worked with Rob Sanchez. He completed the loan paperwork for my first house (Feb 2010), when I purchased my second house (Nov 2014), ran quotes for a refi to check if we could get a lower rate on the house (Jun 2017), refi-ed my current house (Mar 2019), and just refi-ed again when the rated dropped out due to COVID (March 2020).
