My wife and I were first time home buyers and Rob was always available, even nights and weekends, to answer all of the many questions that came up during the entire mortgage process. Rob provided services that not only exemplified professionalism, he was knowledgable, prompt, thorough and extremelty effective communicator. But Rob provided a level of personal service that went well beyond what normally be expected: He was always available for questions, personally welcomed us to our new home, helped us locate utilities and provide helpful advice regarding many aspects of our new community.
