Absolutely THE best experience ever working with a lender. We have bought 8 homes over the years and I can say hands down Rob Sanchez was THE best ever to work with. We worked with Rob in initially purchasing our first property. He had made our complex first purchase so easy and smooth sailing, that he was the natural choice to go to when we decided to refinance. He's absolutely professional, a wealth of information, totally on point with every step of the process. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Rob was always available, even nights and weekends, to answer all of the many questions that came up during the entire mortgage process. He was extremely easy to work with, very understanding of our work schedules, and always called or emailed us back when we weren't able to reach him on the phone. Rob provided services that not only exemplified professionalism, he was knowledgable, prompt, thorough and extremelty effective communicator.
