We originally used Rob Sanchez and his crew at Guaranteed Rate a couple of years ago for our mortgage and now that we were doing a refi it just made sense to do it again. Rob and his staff guide you through the entire process and both times it went without a hitch. This refi was done entirely online which makes things very streamlined. I would highly recommend Rob and everyone at Guaranteed Rate!
Rob Sanchez and his team were extremely professional, helpful, and informative as we went through the process of obtaining a new home loan. The seller's realtor was pushy regarding timelines and Rob and his team were able to satisfy her through the process. We were out of state purchasers with little computer experience and they handled the situation well - we closed on time!
