Rob Sanchez, Branch Manager and his team of specialists were extremely skilled and accurate with everything gathered to make my mortgage loan perfect and smooth all the way. We originally used Rob Sanchez and his crew at Guaranteed Rate a couple of years ago for our mortgage and now that we were doing a refi it just made sense to do it again. Rob and his staff guide you through the entire process and both times it went without a hitch. This refi was done entirely online which makes things very streamlined.
