Rob was referred to us from a friend and we are super happy that We got to work with him. After dealing with a previous lender who obviously did not have our best intentions at heart, Rob was a welcomed change and made sure we were taken care of…especially in this crazy market time. We originally used Rob Sanchez and his crew at Guaranteed Rate a couple of years ago for our mortgage and now that we were doing a refi it just made sense to do it again. Rob and his staff guide you through the entire process and both times it went without a hitch. This refi was done entirely online which makes things very streamlined. Rob Sanchez and his team were extremely professional, helpful, and informative as we went through the process of obtaining a new home loan. The seller's realtor was pushy regarding timelines and Rob and his team were able to satisfy her through the process.
