My husband and I just bought our first home. I'm not sure if it would have been possible with out Robert Fabian's help. The condo association had some issues that was making it difficult to get our loan processed. We ran into a dead end with the first lender and thankfully someone gave us Robert's name. He not only got the loan approved for us he did in with out us having to change our closing date. I would highly recommend him for anyone. He's easy to work with and very professional.

We started working with Bob in 2013. Even though the first house deal didn't go through. We again contacted Bob with a purchase in Aug. 2014. Three days before closing my husband had a small stroke.
