My broker admin fee was not on the initial closing statement. Once this was corrected, this was not the amount the buyer was told to bring so at closing, buyer was short $695 and he had to go to his bank to get this. Could have been a better experience with confirmation of final amount to bring. Everything was great, but if I'm not paid correctly, I don't refer business. The paperwork was full of errors and typos. We never knew the status of the loan. We were continuously asked for more information. The loan terms were nowhere near what we originally discussed. We had to change the closing date due to lack of information after asking if they had everything they needed. Absolutely the worst mortgage experience I have had.

The process took entirely too long and the purpose pf the refinance ended up not being as beneficial as initially planned for. Better communication around the points that can be used and the impact that it has on the current loan as well as future loans.

Replying faster and being more direct when it comes to requesting documents/information. There were times where it took multiple days to hear back for for information to get processed. This led to an interest rate increase.

It took almost 90 days to get my refinance done. I had to start contacting him daily to make sure things kept moving along. I've used this provider in the past and it was a much better experience. I was charged an extension fee even though none of the rate extensions were my fault. I was given a small credit towards that, but it didn't cover even half the cost.
