No proactive contact for additional info or clarifications, which caused delays on several occasions. Bob didn‚Äôt seem to be kept in the loop. I never had any contact with the actual processor of the refi. All communication had to go through Bob and required follow ups to the processor that then had to be relayed to me. Processor /underwriter unfamiliar with basic financial terms regarding account beneficiary POD or trusts.

Had to request my attorney for closing twice. Closing documents had delayed closing fess, approximately $1900, that were added even though the delays were Go Mortgage generated. Robert stepped up and assisted in getting the charges removed so that closing could move forward. Took several months to close a refi with excellent credit. What would have made it better: correct CD, faster closing, not ignoring my attorney request, and most importantly NOT adding costs for delays caused by GO Mortgage.

I was told the closing would be at my house then cancelled plans to go to office to sign documents. Asked the day before all set and was assured all good to go. I signed documents Friday and not one person followed up to see how it went. Today is Thursday and got a call again needed more paperwork signed. Called my work while out of town looking for me. Very unprofessional.

Everything was great until a week prior to closing. Last min closing documents were required. This is typical. I supplied a revised purchase agreement and was never told until 3 days later that it did not meet requirements. In addition, closing documents needed to be prepared several times. Because of this we did not close on time. Go Mortgage let me down on this one.

Too many missed informed documents, had a bad experience with someone impersonating company. Never got to the bottom of the investigation. Glad its over with, now waiting on who will have my mortgage next.
