Rob contacted us very quickly, after I put out a search on Lending Tree. He was one of about 5 or 6 lenders who immediately started blowing up my phone. After talking to a few and doing some research of reviews on line, I narrowed it down to three contenders pretty quickly. That's when we got down to "brass tacks" and started talking fees, interest and time lines. Robert has been by far the most competent, helpful and prompt person I have deal with through the whole first time home purchase process . I don't typically provide public reviews, but I felt as though it was warranted for all the skeptics, such as myself. I was originally extremely hesitant of all the rave reviews of not only Rob, but NBKC as a whole. I can happily attest that the positive reviews were indeed reflective of the service we received. Rob was available to answer questions via email, phone, and text... and responded promptly, even on weekends and evenings. We will look to Rob & NBKC as our first choice for our next mortgage product.

Our experience with Rob Ferger was outstanding. Rob provided excellent ideas with solutions to fit our specific situation.
