I worked with Rob at NBKC through the Costco Mortgage program. Rob's an all-star! He had my pre-approval letter to me within 24 hours of my documentation submittal. He kept in touch via text as I house-hunted and I never felt any pressure. Kudos to Rob and NBKC, I highly recommend them.

Rob helped me purchase my first house and made himself available to answer any and all questions I had, even after business hours. Honestly, working with him and coordinating the entire mortgage process was probably the only time throughout the purchase that I was not stressed! Rob and NBKC are both excellent to work with. I am in the military and one thing I valued most is their experience with VA loans. They had all my docs ready in less than 30 days and that was over the holidays! Robert is very knowledgeable and responsive. They also offered a great rate! Highly recommend Robert and NBKC!

I liked working with Rob and NBKC -- the process for uploading documents was well put together, easy to use, and fast. Rob was responsive to all of the questions I had and ensured a rapid and trouble-free loan process. I was initially a bit hesitant to use an out-of-state lender but found this to be no problem in my situation.

Rob was a pleasure to work with. He was always prompt and responsive. He tried to make sure we felt comfortable and were aware of where we were in the process. He would go out of his way to explain things and give us the information we needed to make the best decisions for us Rob was very responsible and prompt. Night or day Monday - Sunday, he would often respond almost instantly. We felt very comfortable with Rob and he more than earned his business with us. If we had to do it again we would definitely go with Rob.
