Rob Ferger was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, both by email, text, and a call if I wanted to talk about something in more detail. The rates he offered were very competitive and he was actually able to beat several other lenders offers when I presented them to him. NBKC bank had an easily portal to use for uploading required documents and an easy review and commenting process for areas that I wanted to update. From day one working with Robert was a breeze! He answered all my questions and was there to help at every step of the way. My realtor even brought it to my attention how impressed she was with his professionalism, service and quick turn around - and she wasn't the only one. At closing when the agent asked about NBKC bank my realtor was just as eager as I was to brag about how EASY he made the entire process. Rob Ferger was the best! He was very attentive to our needs while we were searching for a home. Once we were in escrow, he would work around the clock, as we are in a different time zone than he is. He was quick to reply and fast to get us answers. He was always very reassuring, and positive. He kept us on track to close escrow, and we ended up closing early. He will work hard for his clients.

Robert was by far the best lender I have ever worked with. This was our third home purchase so we knew what to expect, but Robert made the process a breeze!
