If you want to get a loan quick and professionally done, call Rob Ferger. He was able to save my family from losing our house. Short insight. We were buying the house and Seller wanted to sell quick. Our offer for the house was accepted on October 25th, 2017. We ended up dealing with OneWest Bank. We had the WORST experience ever. They wasted a whole month before we found out that for whatever reason we were not qualified for the loan (none of the loan officers were not able to answer the question why we were not qualified).... read more

Rob Ferger and his team are amazing! At first, it seemed too good to be true when I first spoke to Rob that he can give such a great deal and be able to meet all mortgage deadlines without having to meet in person or be located in the same state.
