Every step of our original loan process and refinance process with Rob has been a headache. He doesn't fully answer our questions and sold us on false information. I hope this review makes it to Rob's supervisor, we have had an extremely unpleasant experience working with him.

I would strongly advise against using Mutual Bank of Omaha. Despite having a mortgage commitment from them, they backed out just three days before closing, leaving me in a difficult position. They claimed they made a mistake during their review, and only realized 3 days prior to closing. Additionally, I had asked them every week for 2 months straight if everything was lining up and they said everything was perfect. Rob Ferger was fantastic at responding to my inquiries at first. This was the main reason I decided to continue with the application process with FMD. I was even willing to pay more because of Rob's customer service. The moment I submitted an application, the responses slowed and the communication was AT BEST sporadic and incomplete.
