I was more than hesitant to put my eggs into one basket with an online Non-Local Lender but boy am I glad that I did. Not only did they beat my local lenders rate, but the fees were next to nothing and they worked with what I wanted and not what the bank preferred. Mr. R. Ferger provided very professional service of obtaining the loan for new home. Mr. R. Ferger was able to get the loan for the short time with interest much lower than other lenders. I definitely recommend Mr. R. Ferger.

I refinanced my home to take out a little cash for remodeling. I selected First Mortgage Direct after talking to about 3 other companies, comparing the rates and closing costs. Rob was by far the most professional, upfront with everything, while some of the other companies seems to try to "hide" some of the added costs. Rob Ferger offered by far the best interest rate/lowest fees for my first home purchase. No one else could match, even when asked. Almost too good to be true but I closed yesterday and the fees were even lower than predicted. He is prompt, kind, professional. All necessary forms were submitted ahead of schedule. Rob Ferger was nothing short of amazing!! I couldn't have done this without him. Rob was always available via phone and email. I never felt like I was waiting to hear from him, and that's what matters to me most in the loan process. Was not super fond of Jake once underwriting began, but Rob helped out when I spoke up about the issues I had. My loan closed early and I even got it closed when I was out of the country! Rob Ferger and his assistant Jake Longhta were excellent to work with during our home mortgage process. We were able to successfully obtain a mortgage for our new home. We were able to work with them to complete the process relatively quickly. We were able to get a competitive rate for our mortgage. Rob worked very hard even late at night and we able to successfully close on our house.

The refinance with First Mortgage Direct and our loan officer Rob Ferger was great. I was a little skeptical at first since they don't have a huge presence on Zillow and the numbers were so good. They did not disappointed and delivered everything they quoted .We were approved in under 24 hours with an interest rate no other lender we spoke to could beat.
