Rob and the team he is with were absolutely perfect. I used the VA loan and just closed yesterday without any issues whatsoever. Rob got me a rate that was dramatically lower than anyone else and saved me hundreds of dollars a month on interest. The title company I closed with was amazed at how well put together, complete and prompt they were and I would (and have already) recommend him to friends who are looking to buy.

Heard about Rob through my co-worker as we were both purchasing homes. Easy to work with, competitive rates offered, and super responsive. Overall a very smooth transaction with Rob, accommodating to my needs. Would definitely recommend him as a great lender to use when purchasing a home/condo. He did all the due diligence on my property that other lenders did not.

This was not my first home loan or refinance, so believe me when I say that Rob Ferger was amazing. Rob was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough when answering all of our questions. He stayed engaged and in touch. He kept the process rolling and it was completed in the time frame promised without any surprises. Rob at First Mortgage Direct was awesome. If you're worried about an online lender, he and his team use all the standard tools and were courteous, communicative and helpful. This is the fourth house I've purchased, and first time using an online lender. Any concerns I had melted away when he came back with rates, and fees. I'd absolutely use Rob and his team again.

We just purchased a new home and Rob and Amanda were fantastic to work with. Rob always responded immediately to any questions we had, and he kept us updated during the whole process. There were no surprises along the way, and he and Amanda were able to get our loan closed in just 3 weeks.
