stop lying about speeds and stop constantly having outages. terrible service not worth the money better off using a Hotspot

resound will never go above 40 mbps. we paid for the 100 mbps and we constantly ran speed tests which determined that this company isn’t worth getting. people don’t realize you aren’t paying what you ask for, we even lowered ours to a 25 mbps plan and only got tops 15 mbps. do not waste your money!!!
Service in Monahans is terrible even with the “new antenna” they installed! I never once hit the 50 mbps they promised. I believe one time it hit 40 they claim. Field technician don’t know how to fix the problems. Engineers get the blame. They always say they will follow up with you and they never call back. Supervisor make you believe the matter will be resolved and nothing. This company is terrible and they should let us out of our contracts without penalty. South East side on Monahans is a dead zone for this company. I swapped from a previous provider due to “faster” speed options. The swap to Resound was a huge mistake. Looks good on paper but once set up you will never achieve the speeds contracted.I was told i could get 100mbps then only 50. I cannot even achieve the 15MB much less 25 or 100. I cant say it's the most comforting when service goes out and you can not contact your providers at all...you just receive a "the wireless customer your attempting to contact is no longer in service or unavailable..." Wow. I shouldve stopped with this company a year ago when I was paying for a particular speed but getting by far less (over half.) Shame on me I guess.
