Solar was great decision. I saw one of my neighbors had started an install at their home. Soon after looking into what solar was I decided to meet with some companies. After a few lengthy discussion I decided to go with company who offered the best value for my home. They installed my system within 3 months which allowed me to save through the summer months. The comparison after is unbelievable.
Getting my solar installed was really easy to do after researching my choices. I met with so many companies that all pitched similar system. The reason I chose Solar Optimum for my install was the level of know how I received at every stage.No matter who I talk to over there I was always given full answers and options. I learned a lot and feel I made the best choice.
I spent so much time researching solar companies in Southern California. I looked at the big companies and the small ones, and I tried to compare them to each other based on price and warranties and of course reviews, and I wish I had found Solar Optimum sooner. It's been a few years since I got my solar system through Solar Optimum. I am now considering adding more panels, and I didn't have to think twice about who to call. Solar Optimum is the best there is! My system is perfectly, and I haven't had any problems in the 3+ years they've been on my house. They were timely in response to my questions and were happy to revise their quote based on my requirements. They also provided a quote for a MPU.
Our experience was great and we have no problem recommending Solar Optimum to other potential friends and family members. What we were especially impressed with their knowledge and their customer service. They kept us posted every time there were any updates, and it was easy to get a hold of them through email and phone. They are all very polite and professional. We are so happy with our system and we are pleased with our entire experience!!
Super easy process and very competitive price. Work was completed and activated within 5 weeks of the signing of the contract. Had a neighbor who was waiting on a company for over 7 months who I referred and they had them up and running in 2 months as well. Panels and system have been producing as much as advertised with zero issues and we have over-generated over $500 since system was installed in November.
Solar Optimum is the perfect solar company! Great prices, great brands, and great service. And what's even cooler is their awesome referral program. They actually paid me for referring my colleague when she decided to get solar as well (and I would have done that anyway because my experience with Solar Optimum was nothing but positive). I truly recommend them to anyone who want solar. They are so nice and great at what they do.
In connection to remodel project of our home, we contacted Solar Optimum to see if it would be possible (and that it would make financial sense) to add a solar system to the roof since we were already going to be doing construction.
