I researched many solar companies before finding Solar Optimum, beginning with the sales rep to installation and post installation. This company goes over and beyond expectations always very friendly and professional. They care about their customers, before, during and after installation. After retirement I moved up to be closer to my kids. We loved the home and the neighborhood but were not used to these rolling blackouts that we had heard of. Sometimes it was only for an hour or two but other times would last hours into days. The generator we had worked but was noisy as heck and required constant refueling. Solar Optimum did a great job with our home solar system. We purchased in 2018 and Sean was our sales rep. They were on time and on schedule and Sean was a pleasure to deal with. He was very thorough, explained the different options, and straight forward with the pricing. They even noticed when my system wasn't transmitting energy production and contacted me. They are a great company to work with. There is always someone you can talk to and they have great customer service. Overall this was a great experience.
Going solar was an easy choice for us. We had a tremendous bill we paid to the utility monthly and it seemed the only direction it was moving was higher up. We met with a few companies and finally decided to go with Solar Optimum. They had a great record to start with and after meeting with Sean soon found out why they were so trusted. He presented me with all the facts I needed to make my decision. The install was smooth, my system went up with ease and has since allowed me to wonder why I hadn't pulled the plug before.

I installed 25 Panasonic solar panels with Enphase energy inverters in August, 2019. Solar Optimum was great all the way through the process. They were quick to respond with all communications. They quickly got the permits from the city. The price was very competitive. The installation was very quick (took 3 days). The only issue found by the city inspector was to change the labels on the electrical boxes. The system has worked great without any problems!
The company was easy to work with, straightforward, and customer-oriented. The installation they did for my unit was quick and painless. I have already refer them to most of my friends/family/neighbors.
