We moved to Southern California from Northern California where we had solar on our house, so we knew everything worth knowing about the benefits of solar and the price level we could expect ( we also did research of course because times have changed ), so we appalled by the treatment we received from some of the companies we talked to. The staff I worked with were knowledgeable and responsive. Ivan, the consultant who worked with me through the initial process, gave a lot of good recommendations and and were accomodating to my requests. The installation process also went smoothly with Solar Optimum taking care of the paperworks and scheduling. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to go solar.
The team at Solar optimum have been amazing. From Silva, the sales coordinator to Mike, my energy representative. and every one in between including the site checkers and installers, all have been a pleasure to work with. As I was searching for a top solar company in SoCal, I came across Solar Optimum on the Energy Sage website. Of all my projects around the house, solar optimum was by far the best experience from start to finish. They are thorough in explaining ever detail and prompt in execution and follow up. They handled every interaction with the utility companies and the city and made sure I got all rebates that I qualified for. Highly recommend for customer service, professionalism and experience in the industry.
This was a much easier process than we feared when we first started looking into getting solar on our property. Solar Optimum kept us updated all the time and they did their job quickly and efficiently. Best of all, the panels look good on our roof, and we are very excited at prospect of not having to pay any more electrical bills!
