The team at Solar Optimum is the Best!! They were amazingly patient with us despite all of our questions. They are extremely good at what they do. We went into the whole solar process very excited but also a bit nervous because it was such a big investment for us. But they quickly proved to us that we had come to the right place. Mark was our sales rep. We felt like we were in the best hands. I recommend this company for solar users.
They did a great job with my solar system. I had been in touch with Solar Optimum about a year ago to get a solar system, but due to some unexpected challenges on a personal level I had to put that on hold. When I reached out to them again three months ago, they remembered me and were ready to pick right up where we left. Everything went beautifully and without hiccups and my panels are performing perfectly.
Solar Optimum is an incredible team of professionals and just overall good people! Everything single promise they had given us, they kept. They gave us genuine recommendations and advice no matter how many questions we had or how long we needed to think about decisions, and their installers did a fantastic job. every step of the way was timely and a good experience and our new solar system feels like a fresh start. We are beyond thrilled and highly recommend Solar optimum!
I was hesitant on going solar for a while due to the cost since I knew I had some upgrades to complete at my home. I quickly found out that much of the cost had rebates and credits and that I could get to help lesson the cost. After meeting with some reps I was happy to pick Solar Optimum for the job. Their presentation was very professional and their rep was able to answer my questions without a pause. I felt he was well informed and that what I look for with any company I go with.
Solar Optimum is a great company to do business with. I was extremely happy with their work and have referred them to many people. What impressed me was the fact that I could call at any time and get a full update on my project. I enjoyed knowing they have staff dedicated to each step until completion. I find most companies I call hardly get back with answers. It's hard pressed to find a company that actually does what it says....Thank you again Solar Optimum team.
Solar Optimum was the second solar company out of four that we contacted. Out of all four companies, they were the ones with the most experience, and they do solar projects for homes but also for larger projects. The process was GREAT! They kept us updated all the time, and they were very respectful and professional. We switched our system on recently so we can't yet tell you how much we're saving but I had to write this review because our experience with Solar Optimum has just been fantastic.

Solar energy is very complex and Solar Optimum know what they are doing. In our opinion, they were professional and helpful and did a great job designing and installing our new solar system. They are very detail-oriented and we got the feeling that they really want to do things right. They are very efficient, and they do things quickly, but it is without rushing the process. Overall we are very happy that we chose them over some of the other solar companies we talked to.
I highly recommend Solar Optimum. Erik was easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and puts his customers first!!! He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and he was available when I needed him. I think Solar Optimum has the best, most dependable team out there, and I felt at ease with how they handled my project. Their level of customer service is incredible!!
