I have worked in the service industry for 20+ years and rarely do I leave reviews but I had to mention Solar Optimum in particular because of how impressed I am from the initial call for a quote to the installation and follow-up. Our consultant, Steve, came to our house only one day after we called to schedule an appointment. He took his time explaining everything to us, because we didn't know about all the benefits of solar, and he gave us a really good solution. I truly appreciate the excellent service Solar Optimum provided. Our friend referred this company and after shopping around, we've decided that SO has the best deal in the market. I considered installing solar on my house for years...glad I waited because prices have come way down. My typical usage here in South Orange County, CA was around $300 a month. We have a pool which uses quite a bit. I was not interested in trading one monthly payment for another: canceling out the SDGE put paying the solar payment instead even if it was less. My experience with Solar Optimum was fantastic every single little step of the way. My rep, Mark was fantastic. I recommend you ask for him when you call Solar Optimum. He explained all of my options without pressuring. I'm not used to sales people being patient :D Overall, I experienced an enormous amount of respect from Solar Optimum - from the first phone call to the end of installation. On top of that, they deliver the highest quality, the best prices AND the best warranties.

In connection to remodel project of our home, we contacted Solar Optimum to see if it would be possible (and that it would make financial sense) to add a solar system to the roof since we were already going to be doing construction.
