We came home to a cold house yesterday and couldn’t get the fan to run on the furnace. I’ve never called a furnace place before but we got through immediately and Kevin was here in under 30minutes. He wasted no time in assessing the situation and swapping out the motor. He didn’t leave until he knew things were warming up! He was pleasant, respectful & extremely competent! Thank you Furnace Family!

Booked seasonal maintenance for two furnaces at my daughter’s recommendation (replaced two furnaces, installed A/C, relocated a water heater and rerouted some ducting). Matt arrived and did an amazing job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and meticulous. Will probably have to replace our furnaces in a couple of years, and will be using Furnace Family for sure.

Justin Was knowable and was friendly, was safe with the Covid mask on. Did an great job replacing parts confirmed that the furnace was working before leaving site, explained problem with me. Thank you for the quick responses.

Matt Chaffe was out to our home today. Adjusted the thermostat and now works properly. Explained in detail how to set the settings when using either heat or cool. Also cleaned the debris (rocks) from the sump. Matt took the time to show us what to do from a maintenance perspective. Matt, thank you for taking the time and having the patience with us and answering all the questions we asked. You are truly an asset to Furnace Family.

My furnace motor quit and Kevin A. was sent out to assess and advise of cost of repair or replacement. I could not be more impressed with the customer service from the initial call with Jackie in booking the appointment; to my dealing with Kevin. He went above and beyond when I mentioned how dry my place is in winter and he notice the humidifier had never be connected. Just had. Our new furnaces installed. Ron and Michael E were extremely professional, polite and did the work very efficiently. Everything was left very clean. Furnaces look great and the work was very tidily done. Couldn’t have asked for better. They were also very respectful and mindful about keeping their clients safe in this era of Covid 19.

We were very pleased and impressed with the exceptional service received today. Our furnace required a new motor. The repair was completed in a timely manner and details were provided regarding the furnace’s condition. Richard was very professional and polite and didn’t hesitate when he learned that we lived 25 min outside of Edmonton. We are very happy we gave the Furnace Family a call!!
