Kitchen plumbing repair Plumbing was leaking under the kitchen sink. Furnace Family came by to repair. They were prompt, courteous, professional, very capable, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them, and plan to use them ourselves in the future.
Furnace assessment and repair Chris was very professional. He was on time and thorough. He took extra time to explain our options for repairing or replacing our furnace and acknowledged the drawbacks of each. I have only had positive experiences with Furnace Family. I recommend them without any reservations.
All good Received an email saying he was on his way. arrived on time, wore shoe covers, was cheerful and polite. Completed tune up on 2 hi efficiency furnaces in about an hour. Left everything tidy.

Emergency instal My furnace quit. The estimator came out immediately before his day started and worked with other customers so I could get on the schedule in 2 days. A life saver. Awesome product and Rory and Jordan did a good job. Very clean.
