Furnace Repair Chris saved our christmas! We had just about resigned to cancelling our holiday plans until he arrived on short notice to diagnose and repair our broken furnace. During the repair, he was very patient with all my questions helping me better understand the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I am definitely going to be calling Furnace Family for repairs in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Furnace inspection We had furnace concerns over weekend, technician talked us through various scenarios, and we were able to hold off until regularly scheduled workday for review that ended up being minor. Well done & patient.
Misc. jobs Needed to remediate a couple of shortfalls from a home inspection. Julian was very helpful and completed the jobs quickly and efficiently . We had the Furnace family before for a furnace and an AC. All jobs were perfect.
Furnace First I would like to thank family furnace for sending Chris out when are furnace stop working and it was -30 the technician Chris was here with in 30 minutes from calling . Chris found the problem with in minutes had the part that had to be replaced and had heat with in 30 minutes very happy.
