Fabulous company!! Came and quoted on a hot water tank and AC unit. Hot water tanks was leaking and Jamie arranged for a new one to be installed the next day. Kevin my installer was very thorough in explaining what would be done and how and once the install was completed made sure everything was left neat and tidy and went over the workings of the new tank. Will be recommending to my friends!

Ron and Matt installed our furnace and air conditioner on September 25th and 26th. They did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have in our home. Ron found a leak coming from of one our toilets and suggested I contact Furnace Family to check it out . Kevin came this morning and installed a new seal. Kevin was a pleasant young man and did excellent job. I would certainly recommend Furnace Family to friends and family. Elizabeth McCue….

The gas valve on our water heater was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. Kevin Polgar from Furnace Family attended and quickly confirmed the issue. He had to leave to pick up a new part but had the work completed very quickly and did an excellent clean up job when he was finished. Thanks for the great work Kevin. We have been customers of Furnace Family in the past and will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Awesome service from Kevin Polgar. He was quick and did things in a professional and high quality manner. Very friendly and explained to me my current hot water tank as well as answered questions about the future of furnace and plumbing. Overall very well done and this is the quality I'd like to see all other business's have.

We just got our new furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit installed. Dave was super informative and very professional. Technicians Tyler and Josh were very friendly and highly skilled. Last month I contacted McKinley to inspect & find out why my Hot water tank stopped heating, a tech was sent out & he was got it back up and running, but we were informed that it needed to be replaced soon. This morning our Hot water tank failed to restart, so I immediately a call to McKinley and their rep (Dean) who I had dealing with only 6 months ago on a new furnace, contacted me and had an appointment set up this afternoon and our new tank was installed and we had hot water by 6pm this evening. Recently had a visit for inspection & maintenance work to be done on my hot water tank, Kevin Polgar was the tech sent out & he was terrific! Prompt & on-time service for the call, very friendly & professional throughout the call. Best part was also how well the work he did was explained as he went through his call.
