Yearly Maintenance Chris did the yearly maintenance on the furnace and AC unit we purchased over a year ago. I happily signed up for the monthly maintenance, and Im glad he reminded me this is an option. Chris was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He delivered the high quality customer service consistent with all my interactions with Furnace Family.
I am very happy with Furnace Family We've used Furnace Family for our annual furnace check-ups for several years and have always been happy with their service. Robin & Mitchell of Furnace Family installed a new air conditioning system in our home yesterday and they did a great job. We'll be using Furnace Family for all of our HVAC needs going forward. Clean condenser of A/C home unit/ re-programme thermostat Technician Jeff cleaned condenser of A/C unit, replaced hoarding panel properly, re-programmed inside home thermostat, adjusted basement registers, as last time, arrived early, was friendly, efficient and completed service in timely manner, we are satisfied with the work today, thanks Jeff.
Furnace, Water Tank Replacement and AC Installation Robin and Kyle, Mitchell and Scott were all great. I couldn't ask for a better or a more efficient and conscientious team. They paid attention to details and made sure that everything was done neatly and right and pleasing to the eyes. My old Lennox furnace and Bradford White water tank both lasted 24 years without issue. Time will tell if the same product brands will live up to the same expectation. Air conditioning installed Awesome job done in a timely manner Installers were polite and courteous. Installers explained the operation of the new equipment and service required for the fall
2 year service of AC unit Technician arrived an hour early ( WOW ) but first the company sent an email showing a picture of their employee and that he was on his way. He was very efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. After the service was complete he took time to explain to me what I could do to maintain the efficiency of our system. Very impressed.
Air conditioner installation went without a hitch The process from estimate to installation was very easy and unstressed. Jamie explained the options, answered our questions and helped us make an informed decision. The installation was done on the scheduled date by Drew who also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The Furnace Family installed our garage heater at our precious home and I was equally happy with their service then. I gladly recommend them for hearing and air conditioning needs.

Complex installation of furnace, a/c, water heater We wanted to replace our 25 year old furnace and install A/C, and replace the water heater. Our townhouse is a unique design with 4 levels and a lot of strange angles. Plus the utility room is a large cubbyhole in our garage. So lots of complex challenges.
