Rosati's is my family's favorite pizza place. The deep dish pizza is amazing & worth the wait, in my opinion. However, they need to address their issues with delivery. The past 2 orders have had a wait time of nearly 2 hours, with one order being burned and one order was not complete when delivered. The burned order was rectified, but our last order was never addressed, as their phone was busy for the hour that I tried to call. Paying close to $100 for an order and have it not be correct is too much of an inconvenience.
How is this place even 3.5 stars?!? Just the worst pizza experience ever. Had to call 3 times to place an order. 1st time someone picked up the phone but they clearly just put it on the counter. I waited for 5 min (literally) then hung up and called again. 2nd time they asked if they could put me on hold. I said yes then they hung up on me. 3rd time I finally got through someone and it was like taking organic chemistry class. Absolutely painful. Incredibly bland. It doesn't taste bad, it just has no taste. Got the spaghetti with sausage. I've never had sausage before where there's no taste to it. And the spaghetti sauce had a little seasoning, but barely. My wife had the lasagna and same thing - no taste. On the plus side, it doesn't taste bad.

I placed an online order with pick up @6:20pm. Long story short, after expressing issues m, I left Rosati's at 7:05 with one deep dish and one thin crust and a $50 charge. Not pleased with service and timing. Pizza was OK, but not $50 worthy. Won't be back.
