I was excited to try Rosati's but I'm compelled to share our experience. Ordered the $10 Rosati's sub thinking if they named it after the store it must be good right? Wrong I can easily say, while the flavors were Ok it was easily the most skimpy sub I've ever, ever had and mostly lettuce. Next I ordered the boneless wings. Did a takeout fried chicken, mostaccoli, and Italian beef meal last night. The chicken was almost jerky, as it was so over fried. It was so dry that it was hard to eat. Pasta was ok. The Italian beef was good, but they don't provide fresh bread to make a sandwich. Would NEVER do it again. The garlic bread was so over toasted that it crumbled. To be fair, the salad was good.

The Louisville store needs new management or ownership. I am new to the area and I've tried 2 times in the last two weeks to pick up a pizza from this location. First time my pizza was made incorrectly after I waited an extra 20 minutes and 55 minutes total for my pizza to finish. Today, I order again and after 30 minutes I arrive to get my pizza and find it hasn't even been started yet. The staff and management do not undersatnd their job and appear to be disorganized and not interested in making problems right. They ret... read more

We are long time Adezzo fans and now that it's closed needed to find a new pizza place. Sadly Rosati's is not it. Ordered an 18" classic meat and an 18" cheese. I was asked what type of crust I wanted and asked what the difference was - the person I ordered from said double dough was similar to pizza around here so I went with that for both (not aware there was an up charge for this) and will say it is much more dough than regular pizza so unless you like a lot of dough, I wouldn't recommend this. The two is a combination of 4 for the food (pizza was very good, wings were so-so) and a 0 for everything else. I ordered from the Yelp/GrubHub app here for Pickup. 2 double crust - not deep dish) pizza's and 2 orders of wings. It said 30-40 minutes. I showed up in 35 minutes and my order was ready in 65 minutes. No explanation as to how much longer, why, etc. Fully half the people I watched were quite upset with the delay and wrong orders.
