We are long time Adezzo fans and now that it's closed needed to find a new pizza place. Sadly Rosati's is not it. Ordered an 18" classic meat and an 18" cheese. I was asked what type of crust I wanted and asked what the difference was - the person I ordered from said double dough was similar to pizza around here so I went with that for both (not aware there was an up charge for this) and will say it is much more dough than regular pizza so unless you like a lot of dough, I wouldn't recommend this. The two is a combination of 4 for the food (pizza was very good, wings were so-so) and a 0 for everything else. I ordered from the Yelp/GrubHub app here for Pickup. 2 double crust - not deep dish) pizza's and 2 orders of wings. It said 30-40 minutes. Love the food. Amazing Chicago pies. The one and only thing I would have hoped to change. My food was left on the porch. No call. No doorbell. No knock on the door. At least let someone know their food has arrived.

As someone who has sat in a pizza place right off Michigan Ave. In downtown Chicago (Gino's east) and had real Chicago deep dish pizza, I have high standards but have always had them met by the other Rosatis in Thornton. This location is closer so we gave it a shot. I was disappointed! The guy at the counter was friendly and nice and even gave me a little history into the place. Sorry to say that this place is just too new and the staff, while good intention, are completely overwhelmed and understaffed. I will not be returning. Quoted 30 minutes I'm still waiting 90 minutes into this nightmare. If you are the franchisor of this Louisville location. I'd step up your game or you'll be closed by next year.

Rosati's is my family's favorite pizza place. The deep dish pizza is amazing & worth the wait, in my opinion. However, they need to address their issues with delivery. The past 2 orders have had a wait time of nearly 2 hours, with one order being burned and one order was not complete when delivered. The burned order was rectified, but our last order was never addressed, as their phone was busy for the hour that I tried to call. Paying close to $100 for an order and have it not be correct is too much of an inconvenience.
