It's been a while since we ordered here, but pretty disappointing. We are from the Chicago/Indiana area and know what deep dish pizza is supposed to be. This was not even close, the crust was thick but tasted like bread. Tomato sauce was tomatoes heavily laced with clumps of garlic (and we like garlic!) Just not good, and would not recommend at least this on their menu. Have not tried the thinner crust pizza.

Maybe I just don't like "Chicago Style". Tried them a few times, generally poor quality and customer experience. Don't be fooled by the curbside option when ordering online - last two times I ordered curbside, I showed up, called the number and told them I was waiting outside... aaaaand was promptly forgotten. Had to go inside to get my pie (which had clearly been sitting in a warming box for awhile). There is plenty of pizza in the area, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.

I've ordered from this location many times and the pizza is usually very good. Tonight was an exception. Carried out and when I got home, realized the pizza was overcooked and edges were actually burnt. I called and was only told that they were sorry and they'd talk to the cooks.

Typical situation where the above-average pizza place is good b/c they start out caring and training, then they stop training and start slipping...now it's worth going to either the best place for pizza (Lucky Pie) even though it's pricier or the Pizza Hut route, which can be good, too, if you squint. Very poor customer service experience. After arriving on time for a pickup order, food wasn't ready (no biggie). Rosati's started out ok when they opened, but service has steadily degraded since. Don't know if they're cutting corners or what on staff, but plan on easily adding 30-45 minutes past the predicted pickup time. I've spent more time waiting in their parking lot than I care to think about.
