If I could rate zero and below I would. I have an office event planned, ordered 250.00+ in pizza the night before my event, I listed a specific time for pick up. Only to be called 20 mins before it was scheduled to be ready and told they were going to be 30 mins late. Owner was FULL of excuses and then she hung up on me. Staff is rude, owner is worse!! I don't expect this place to be in business much longer. Be careful if you order from here.

We ordered the monster Chicago style, it wasn't very good, none of my coworkers wanted to take their portion with them. The taste of the olives were overwhelming and the marinara on top was very chunky and unflavorful. I took the leftovers and my kids weren't impressed either....their pizza by the slice looked good, but this Chicago style pizza left a lot to be desired......sorry.....

Great pizza, terribly managed. It's not uncommon to wait an extra 30-45 minutes beyond the pickup window. Avoid if you have plans or company.

I am not sure what happened to this place but I picked up a larger order for game night and came in to pick up. Had to ask one of the multitude of teen dudes for the 2-liter that came with the order, then for the salad that was missing, then utensils (we got 1 set even though it is shared family size) and then after all that I got home and NO SALAD DRESSING (this was an online order with Italian selected) inside the to go bag of salad that I specifically had to ask about. :( Additionally something has changed in the thin ... read more

Good pizza. Slow service. Often have to wait 10 or minutes in long lines to pickup a pizza. It is frustrating to arrive there and see a line of 10 or more people who all have pizza getting cold while the employees ignore them to answer phones or make pizzas. This often happens on weekends. All they have to do is hand people their prepaid orders but instead they make people wait in long lines. Adding one person to simply hand people their orders would help.
