Rosati's started out ok when they opened, but service has steadily degraded since. Don't know if they're cutting corners or what on staff, but plan on easily adding 30-45 minutes past the predicted pickup time. I've spent more time waiting in their parking lot than I care to think about.

The pizza here is very good. As are the wings. However, This is the second time that I've been told a delivery window and it is more than 40 minutes after that that the pizza comes. It's really hard on families to plan bedtime etc. when dinner comes so so late! So if you aren't starving or planning your night around hangry humans, go for it. Otherwise go somewhere that respects time.

Spent $40 on mozzarella sticks a classic deep dish pizza and a coke. The mozzarella sticks weren't even warm and taste like frozen sticks. The pizza isn't flavorful and the crust wasn't even cooked. It was extremely doughy, the best thing was the drink.

Wow - it took 90 minutes for a deep dish because "the oven wasn't working right". Hmmmm......

Dan T I was told that it would take 50-60 minutes for delivery. At 90 minutes I called and was told that they were out of drivers and that my pizza would arrive in 20 minutes. I asked how fresh the pizza was going to be. I was told it just came out of the oven so it would be fresh. At 2 hours I called for a pizza update and was told it was on its its way. 5 minutes later it arrived. As I expected it was cold and dry from being reheated. 36.00 pizza wasn't worth 5.00.
