Typical situation where the above-average pizza place is good b/c they start out caring and training, then they stop training and start slipping...now it's worth going to either the best place for pizza (Lucky Pie) even though it's pricier or the Pizza Hut route, which can be good, too, if you squint. Rosati's started out ok when they opened, but service has steadily degraded since. Don't know if they're cutting corners or what on staff, but plan on easily adding 30-45 minutes past the predicted pickup time. I've spent more time waiting in their parking lot than I care to think about.

The pizza here is very good. As are the wings. However, This is the second time that I've been told a delivery window and it is more than 40 minutes after that that the pizza comes. It's really hard on families to plan bedtime etc. when dinner comes so so late! So if you aren't starving or planning your night around hangry humans, go for it. Otherwise go somewhere that respects time.

Spent $40 on mozzarella sticks a classic deep dish pizza and a coke. The mozzarella sticks weren't even warm and taste like frozen sticks. The pizza isn't flavorful and the crust wasn't even cooked. It was extremely doughy, the best thing was the drink.
