Had a chance to try the pizza (we live in Erie so don't make it to Louisville too often). Our family completely enjoyed it! Excellent pizza! The thing I didn't count on was the quantity. I ordered 2 large pizzas thinking for a family of 5 we'd need it. So we ended up with like 3 meals out of the order, which was great. BTW, I personally kind of liked it warmed up the next day in a toaster oven even better than the first night which is saying a lot. Will definitely recommend to others.

The salad was so fresh and tasty, the pizza was so delicious I could not stop eating! I'm only disappointed about one thing ..... I wish they had a dining area, we ate out on the porch and although we were lucky for the first couple pieces of pizza it started to rain so the rest of our pizza was enjoyed in the car , but definitely worth it !!

Just had these guys for the first time tonight. Food was amazing! The wings were meaty and tender and covered in sauce. The pizza crust looked a little over cooked but still tasted amazing, and the cinnamon sticks put Pizza Hut to shame. This will be a regular visit for me and my family!

Stopped by yesterday as being from Chicago, Rosati's is the best Chicago pizza in Denver. Owner was so nice, spoke to me about the franchise, etc and strict guidelines to making it the Rosati's way! Well, folks, the pizza did not disappoint! Please patronize this establishment- little guy trying to make a living! His little boy was darling, learning about spiders on his Mom's Iphone while I waited for my pie. ***** five stars from me! P.S. only been open 5 weeks
